ニンフ ボディ １６ｍｍ テール ５ｍｍ ダン ボディ ２０ｍｍ テール ２０ｍｍ 分布域はニュージーランド全土に広がっているが、どこにでもいるというわけではない。石のごろごろした流れに、Oniscigasterとよく一緒に棲息しており、同様に泳ぎが得意である。 ダンは、黄色い羽根がよく目立ち、遠くからでもすぐに分かる。 羽化は１２月から２月。羽化の仕方は、石などに攀じ登って、そこで殻を脱ぎ捨てる。しかしその石に至るのに、「水底を這い歩く」C1、「自由ルートで泳ぐ」C2、「一端水面まで泳ぐ」C3のどれなのかは不明。 写真のダンは、撮影中に間違ってテイルを二本、なくしてしまった。ごめん。 |

Nymph Body 16mm Tail 5mm Dun Body 20mm Tail 20mm It distributes all around New Zealand, however not everywhere and not common. It inhabits a stony river and often found together with Oniscigaster. It swims quite well. Dun has yellow wings and is conspicuous even from distance. Nymph climbs up a rock and hatches. However, whether it crawls or swims to a rock is unknown. The dun in the photograph lost its tails by my mistake while shooting. Oops. |
